Carrier tracking becomes available when the shipment has a verified tracking reference.
GPSG Return & Refund Policy
For standard returns, GPSG applies the following policy:
- No return or refund after 5 days from delivery.
- A 35% handling fee applies to items accepted for return.
- No return or exchange on special-order parts.
- No return on electrical parts.
- All returned parts must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
Contact GPSG within the return window to request authorization before sending an item back. GPSG does not hold inventory. Approved returns go to the original fulfilling supplier using the authorized return address and instructions provided for that order.
A return request, label, or tracking number does not automatically release a refund. GPSG verifies the original order, authorization, receipt, supplier acceptance when required, and the refundable amount before release.
Damaged, incorrect, defective, or undelivered items are reviewed separately. These standard-return restrictions do not limit rights required by applicable law. Any additional item-specific supplier restrictions or cancellation terms must be disclosed before payment. Updated terms apply to new orders; existing orders retain the terms disclosed when purchased.
Payments
Only payment methods actually connected to GPSG should be shown to customers.
GPSG checkout verifies pricing, shipping and required order information before payment is released through the applicable flow.
Customer Reviews
GPSG will only mark a review as Verified Purchase when it can be matched to a completed GPSG order. No Trustpilot, ResellerRatings, star score or review count is displayed here unless GPSG has real data from that service.
